As a certified nutrition coach, nutritional guidance is a huge part of my business. Here’s how it fits in with my fitness business and how you could fit it into yours, too.
Advertise your nutrition services
If you google my business, you’ll see nutrition front and center.
If you find me on Instagram, same thing, it’s my most-recently updated Highlight!
And on my website homepage, my macro guide is one of the first calls-to-action for new prospects.
Ask prospects about nutrition
During an initial consultation call I always ask my prospect not only about their fitness protocols but I also ask about their nutritional habits. 9 out of 10 times these prospects need my expertise in guiding them through their nutritional regimen so I offer this as an add on or upsell to their curated fitness routine.
I put together their specific calorie and macro targets using the nutrition goal Trainerize feature and watch as they track their meals in the app daily with the sync of MyFitnessPal to my app. Each day I’m able to see what my clients are tracking while offering feedback in regards to their daily eats. They absolutely love the fact that I can offer them meal plans that they can use which only allows them to reach their goals faster and more effectively.
I make it a point to advertise my nutritional services as well as utilize this service via my Trainerize platform. And even if you’re not a certified nutrition coach like me, there are ways you can support client nutrition! Learn more about nutrition coaching with our recent guide, Nutrition Coaching 101.
