We’ve just released our new Progression View for Trainerize. Simply schedule a workout, then Edit Progressions to customize instructions, reps or targets for a specific day.
Make your workout more challenging week over week. Prescribe gradually increasing weights or time targets. Subtly switch up the workouts by changing sets and tempo. Now with the Progression View, it’s even easier to get your clients results.
Also included in this upgrade:
- Ability to copy from a client’s training plan up to your Workout Templates
- New guidance videos for collaboration features like Shared Workout Templates and Copying Client
