PURE began its journey in Hong Kong as PURE Yoga before expanding into the broader fitness space with PURE Fitness—offering options such as gym, group fitness classes and personal training. Over time, the company extended its footprint, and PURE Singapore now has two location clusters, both offering yoga and fitness options to members.
The challenge: Lots of ambition, limited software
As the popularity of both Singapore locations grew, so did the complexity of tracking training progress for clients. Multiple apps were being used for both training and nutrition tracking and the management team needed better visibility of trainer performance across the different clusters. The PURE Fitness Singapore team found that their existing software had significant limitations, and many alternative solutions were unavailable in Southeast Asia.
